07 PORTER Charles. He was killed in New Chum Mine explosion in 1881,

08 BISSILL Edward. Made his money in gold, become a large property owner
in Sandhurst. He died in 1903, aged 95. He was an Old Bendigonian.

09 LEWIS James was a market gardener. He died in 1899, aged 87.
09A CROWTHER Thomas. He died at home in 1885, aged 57 years.

10 MOORE James. Well known brothers James and Thompson. Storekeepers in KF
and were Old Bendigonians. James died in 1881,
aged 62, crossing the railway. James had Millewa Hall built.
11 GRIFFITHS William. Edwardian era photograph of this grave.
He died 2/10/1906 aged 74.
12 PETHERICK William Sparks. He was a butcher in Marong.
He died 19/04/1941 aged 80.
13 LAWSON Robert. He was in the 1st AIF. He died May 1950 aged 66 years.
14 CLIFFORD Martin. A well known cab proprietor. He was of a genial
and kind nature, very widely known and respected. A four horse drawn hearse,
three mourning coaches and
70 vehicles attended his funeral.
Martin died on 22/05/1895, aged 57.
15 BIRD George. Council water cart driver. He died in 1943 aged 78.
16 CONNOLLY. Michael. Michael & family were from East Shelburne.
The Stanwick Cross stands on a later base.
17 HERBEL John Marie. At first he worked as a digger and then
had a puddling machine at Sailor's Gully, and later on at Golden Square.
He erected a mining plant at Diamond Hill.
His father fought
on the French side at Trafalgar in 1805.
He died in April 1909, aged 76 years.

19 GUNN William. He built & owned the Raywood hotel -
he called Gunn's hotel, was Mayor on 5 occasions.
He died in Sept 1918, aged 64 years.
20 CARTER Jabez. He was a gold-miner.
He died in October 1910, Aged 81.
20 SCHOOLING Research has found no information him except to say
he was a shoemaker. His grave has caste iron surronds on the grave.
21 HALL William. Young William was killed in July 1918,
aged 24, in a Machinery accident.
22 TAYLOR Charles A.F. Associated with all matters of public interest,
promoting the welfare and progress of the district.
One time undertaker and trustee of the cemetery.
He died in December 1924, aged 83.
23 SMITH James - well known baker of Kangaroo Flat.
He died March 1894, aged 57 years.

Nothing appears in newspapers re-children's deaths except if there was an inquest.
24 STEVENSON James. He operated the Victoria Store at Kangaroo Flat.
A large pillar headstone is on the grave.
25 TRUELOVE A grave for three children. The headstone is broken and very hard to read.
